The Connecting Carers Program supports unpaid carers achieve balance in their lives by providing them with one-on-one support in a range of areas including: providing information on carer respite programs; identifying opportunities for greater social engagement; enrolment in training or short courses; seeking employment that fits their carer time commitments.
