Wyndham CEC has been delivering employment programs that support people from various backgrounds for over seven years. We use our extensive networks with local businesses, government and community organisations accross Wyndham and surrounds for one purpose – to help people find employment and thrive within their job roles. This is achieved through:

1. Our established solid connections with local employers facilitating direct connections to businesses with available positions to connect you with current hiring opportunities
2. Providing a tested model in successfully assisting hundreds of jobseekers into local employment vacancies that would have been otherwise overlooked by mainstream recruitment processes
3. Encouraging jobseekers to explore local opportunities while considering creative alternatives including regional work, traineeships, or internships.
