AMEP (The Adult Migrant English Program) from The Department of Home Affairs

The Government has announced significant reforms to the AMEP, allowing more migrants to stay in the program for longer and until they reach a higher level of proficiency. For more information click here

More people are now able to study English for longer and to a higher level.

The 510 hour limit for English tuition has been removed.

Eligible migrants and humanitarian entrants can now access unlimited hours of #freeEnglish language classes up to vocational English through the Adult Migrant English Program (#AMEP).

This includes people who have lived in Australia for many years and previous AMEP students.

Free childcare is also available for children under school age while you are in a face to face class.
